There are a limited number of spaces available. Providers who anticipate multiple attendees from a facility should only register once, if feasible. Registration is required to attend and is available at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/5548531893411921666. Once you click on the link, you will need to register on that page enter your name, email address and facility and click Register.  You will automatically receive an email with the meeting link.
