We will be joined by partners from the University of Michigan, Svati Pazhyanur (4^th year medical student) and Tammy Chang, MD (Family Medicine), who will be sharing the unique features of the initiative and how it can be replicated in other communities including:

• A student-led and maintained public health initiative
• An evidence-based public health initiative that was inspired by youth-oriented research
• Engaged community partners for funding, logistical support, and sustainability
