DESCRIPTION:March 19: 11 am – 4:30 pm CT\nMarch 20: 11 am – 2 pm CT \nThe National Academies Roundtable on Obesity Solutions will host a virtual workshop to explore the relationship between medications and obesity. Topics of discussion will include the state of the science around pharmacokinetics and pharmacology for obesity and how complementary treatment options (such as nutrition and behavioral interventions) advance obesity care in conjunction with medication use.
