DESCRIPTION:ACS is excited to announce the inaugural Food is Medicine in Oncology Care Symposium on Dec. 5\, 2024. \n  \nThe symposium\, presented in partnership with the Food is Medicine Institute at Tufts University\, the Center for Health Law and Policy Innovation at Harvard Law School\, and the NutriCare Clinical Trial\, will feature in-depth panel discussions on policy advancements\, current research\, clinical practices\, and patient perspectives for integrating food and nutrition into oncology care. \n  \nKeynote addresses will be delivered by Dr. Andrew Bremer\, director of the NIH Office of Nutrition Research (ONR)\, and Dr. Chris Economos\, dean of the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. \n  \nThe agenda will also feature ACS leaders and representatives from the National Cancer Institute\, United States Department of Agriculture\, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation\, Food is Medicine Coalition\, The White House\, and many more. \n  \nMore information about the symposium and how to sign up can be found here.
